1. Bring in the Methodology of maintaining customs statistics of foreign trade in goods of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 25, 2018 No. 210, of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union of the April 11, 2017 signed on December 25, 2023.

The changes made to Methodology of maintaining customs statistics of foreign trade in goods of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. State item 4 in the following edition:

"4. The main sources of information for maintaining foreign trade statistics goods are the data containing in declarations on goods, declarations on goods of electronic trading and other documents submitted to customs authorities of state members (further - customs papers).".
