About modification and recognition voided some orders of the Government (the legal aid guaranteed by the state)

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1016/2008 about approval of the Regulations on methodology of calculation of the income for the purpose of receipt of the qualified legal aid guaranteed by the state (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 167-168, 1018), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. to state the name of the resolution in the following edition:

"About approval of Methodology of calculation of the income for the purpose of receipt of the legal aid guaranteed by the state";

1.2. to state formula of acceptance in the following edition:

"Based on part (3) Article 21 and article 36-2 of the Law No. 198/2007 on the legal aid guaranteed by the state (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 157-160, 614), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government";

1.3. Item 1 becomes single and is stated in the following edition:

"Approve Methodology of calculation of the income for the purpose of receipt of the legal aid guaranteed by the state it (is applied).";

1.4. to recognize Item 2 and appendix No. 2 invalid;

1.5. in appendix:

1.5.1. and the name of appendix to state signature stamp about approval in the following edition:
