Based on part (3) Article 21 and article 36-2 of the Law No. 198/2007 on the legal aid guaranteed by the state (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 157-160, 614), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Methodology of calculation of the income for the purpose of receipt of the legal aid guaranteed by the state it (is applied).

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 19.03.2025 No. 150

Methodology of calculation of the income for the purpose of receipt of the legal aid guaranteed by the state

1. The methodology of calculation of the income for the purpose of receipt of the legal aid guaranteed by the state (further - Methodology) regulates income procedure of payments for the purpose of obtaining:

a) qualified legal aid; and

b) the mediation guaranteed by the state.

1-1. Services, stipulated in Item 1, are provided to persons whose average monthly income is lower than the minimum monthly salary in the country established by the Government.
