1. Found the National center for management of crises - the central administrative authority subordinated to the Government.

2. Approve:

2.1. Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National center for management of crises, according to appendix No. 1;

2.2. Structure of the National center for management of crises, according to appendix No. 2;

2.3. Changes which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 3.

3. Establish the extreme number of the National center for management of crises in quantity of 30 units with the annual salary fund according to legislation provisions.

4. To the CEO of the National center for management of crises in 30-day time from the date of position assignment to issue the order on standard powers of coordinators on preparation for management of crisis situations and the round-the-clock contact Items as a part of bodies of the public power and public organizations.
