1. Approve Rules on ensuring industrial safety in case of mining operation of the excavations intended for the equipment and functioning of underground departments of speleolecheniye in the operating mines on production stone and potassium salts (are applied).
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of November 13, 2012 No. 59 "About approval of Safety rules in case of mining operation of speleolechebnitsa for the operating salt mines of the Republic of Belarus".
3. This resolution becomes effective since December 1, 2025.
