About modification of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

(Extraction)

1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

2. Establish transition period for employees of system of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in connection with introduction of new form and distinctions for a period of three years from the date of entry into force of this Decree providing their issue after the term of carrying earlier issued similar objects of form and distinctions.

The form acquired earlier and which is stored in warehouses is issued first of all and it is considered suitable for use before the expiration of its action.

3. The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus within six months takes measures for implementation of this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the moment of its official publication.

2. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2014 No. 110 "About measures for ensuring activities of public institution "State inspectorate for small size vessels":

2.1. in Item 2:

to exclude the word "enclosed" from paragraph one;

exclude paragraph two;

the third and fourth to add paragraphs with the word "(is applied)";

add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"the list of objects of uniform of employees of the State inspectorate for small size vessels (is attached).";

2.2. to be reworded as follows the description of signs of distinction of employees of the State inspectorate for small size vessels approved by this Decree it (is applied);

2.3. add the Decree with the list of objects of uniform of employees of the State inspectorate for small size vessels it (is applied).

Description of signs of distinction of employees of the State inspectorate for small size vessels

Breast stripes

Breast stripes with surname and initials of the worker, belonging to public institution "State inspectorate for small size vessels" (further - GIMS) are placed on jackets summer and winter blue-green color, and also jacket summer blue-green color with short sleeves.

On perimeter of breast stripes at distance of 2 mm from edge there passes the strip of yellow color 2 mm wide forming rectangle of 120 x 32 mm in size.
