Some questions of activities of advisory advisory bodies of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
(Extraction)

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Liquidate the consultative, advisory and other facilitative branches formed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to appendix.

2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 24, 2017 No. 357 "About formation of Interdepartmental coordination council concerning justice concerning minors" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 45, Art. 1398; 2020, No. 14, the Art. 566) and of May 12, 2021 No. 516 "About formation of interdepartmental working group on evaluating progress of realization of National strategy in the field of human rights" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 43, the Art. 2623) changes which are applied.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. To the ministries, other central executive bodies to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

The list of the consultative, advisory and other facilitative branches formed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine which are liquidated

1. The interdepartmental working group on questions of compensation of the losses caused by temporary occupation of part of the territory of Ukraine.

2. The interdepartmental commission concerning departure of Ukraine from obligations under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the Convention on human rights protection and fundamental freedoms.
