According to article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About National police", the paragraph of third Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine concerning activities of National police of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine
I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the field of activities of investigative divisions of National police of Ukraine which are applied.
2. Of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Grintsov M.) to provide to department of interaction with National police of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in certain procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
