About modification of the Order of the Government No. 570/2009 about approval of some regulations for implementation of regulations of the Code on subsoil

Based on Item a) article 9 of the Code about subsoil No. 3/2009 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 75-77, 197), with subsequent changes, and also for the purpose of ensuring protection and steady use of subsoil DECIDES: the Government

In the Order of the Government No. 570/2009 about approval of some regulations for implementation of regulations of the Code on subsoil (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 144-147, 633), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in appendix No. 1:

1.1.1. in Item 7:

1.1.1.1. subitems e) and f) state in the following edition:

"e) if necessary - the town-planning certificate, the kadastralny plan of the site;

f) one of the documents issued by competent authority according to the Law No. 86/2014 on environmental impact assessment (nature protection permission, the conclusion according to biodiversity, the decision that assessment of biodiversity is not required, etc.)";

1.1.1.2. the subitem g) to declare invalid;

1.1.2. Item 8 after the second offer to add with the following offer: "Also borders and land area of subsoil and inventory quantity of mineral are represented.";

1.2. in appendix No. 2:

1.2.1. add item 4 with the subitem h) the following content:

"h) after submission due date of requests, before carrying out tender, requests from Inspectorate for environmental protection information on applicants for the last three years concerning cases of violation of the law in the field of environmental protection and rational use of natural resources.";
