About approval of Rules of registration of rescue services and rescue units of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of determination of single requirements to carrying out registration of rescue services and rescue units of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to article 10-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rescue services and the status of rescuers", Item 8 of article 7-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Civil protection", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Rules of registration of rescue services and rescue units according to appendix.

2. To the ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to form the commissions on carrying out registration of rescue services and rescue units in accordance with the established procedure;

If necessary to involve 2) as a part of the above-stated commissions of representatives of the interested executive bodies.

3. Determine that the actions following from this resolution are implemented at the expense of means of the ministries, administrative departments, local public administrations, local government bodies and the organizations provided for the corresponding year and within the number of staff.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
