No. 226-228, 266) and article 6 of the Law No. 10/2009 on the state supervision of public health (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 67, the Art. 183), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on the specification of characteristics of points of radio access with limited covering it (is applied).
2. To impose control of observance of the Regulations on the specification of characteristics of points of radio access with limited covering on National regulation agency in the field of electronic communications, National inspectorate for technical supervision and the National agency of public health.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
