Some questions of ensuring steady functioning of electronic communication networks in the conditions of warlike situation

For the purpose of ensuring steady functioning of electronic communication networks in the conditions of the warlike situation Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

1) determined Kiev city, regional public administrations (the relevant military authorities), military authorities of settlements, local government bodies of the company, organization and the organization, belonging to the sphere of their management (are in management), and also other subjects of managing (in consent) can be provided:

reserve power supply of technical means of the electronic communications necessary for provision of services of mobile communication (further - the equipment), suppliers of electronic communication services with use of networks of mobile communication (further - suppliers) during the termination of power supply with use of means of autonomous generation of the electric power (generators) (further - means of power supply) belonging to the subjects specified in paragraph one of this subitem according to the agreement signed with the supplier according to the approximate agreement (appendix 1);

operational maintenance of the means of power supply given by suppliers for providing reserve power supply of the equipment according to the agreement signed with the supplier according to the approximate agreement (appendix 2);

placement and ensuring functioning of the means of power supply belonging to suppliers according to the agreement signed with the supplier according to the approximate agreement (appendix 3);

2) the expenses connected with providing the actions specified in the subitem of 1 this Item are compensated in full by the supplier according to the signed agreements and, in particular, include expenses on:

acquisition of fuels and lubricants for functioning of means of power supply;
