About introduction conditions on the market of aerosol sprayers

Based on the Law No. 112/2014 on ratification of the Agreement on association between the Republic of Moldova, on the one hand, both the European Union and European Atomic Energy Community and their state members, from other party (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 185-199, 442), the Government DECIDES:

This resolution shifts the Directive 75/324/EEC of Council of May 20, 1975 about rapprochement of the legislation of state members concerning aerosol sprayers, CELEX: 31975L0324, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 147 of June 9, 1975, with the last changes made by the Directive (EC) 2016/2037 of the Commission of November 21, 2016.

1. Approve introduction conditions on the market of aerosol sprayers (are applied).

2. For the purposes of this resolution the term "aerosol sprayer" means any reservoir disposable from metal, glass or plastic containing compressed, the gas liquefied or dissolved under pressure, with liquid or without it, paste or powder, equipped with the final device allowing content to vypryskivatsya in the form of solid or liquid particles in suspension in gas in the form of foam, paste, powder or in liquid state.

3. Provisions of this resolution are not applied to aerosol sprayers with a total volume less than 50 ml and to aerosol sprayers with the total capacity exceeding specified in subitems 3. 1, 4.1.1, 4.2.1, 5.1 and 5.2 of appendix.

4. In case of introduction on the market of aerosol sprayers business entities shall apply on aerosol sprayers symbol "" (turned epsilon), certifying that they correspond to provisions of this resolution.
