Based on Item е) Article 5 of the Land code No. 22/2024 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 93-95, 137), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve the Technical regulation "Measures for Protection of Soils in Agricultural Practice" it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 1157/2008 about approval of the Technical regulation "Measures for Protection of Soils in Agricultural Practice" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 193-194, 1195), with subsequent changes.
3. To confer responsibility for accomplishment of this resolution on National land reclamation agency.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry.
