This resolution partially shifts the Part of II.V and the Part of II.VI of Appendix I to the Directive 1999/37/EC of Council of April 29, 1999 about registration documents for vehicles, CELEX: 31999L0037, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 138 of June 1, 1999, with the last changes made by the Directive (EU) 2022/362 of the European parliament and Council of February 24, 2022.

1. In the Order of the Government No. 770/2012 about approval and enforcement of samples of the registration certificate and interim certificate on registration of new type for vehicles (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 216-220, 832), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in the resolution:

1.1.1. to state formula of acceptance in the following edition:

"Based on part (3) article 54 of the Law No. 131/2007 on traffic safety (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 11-21, 6), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government";

1.1.2. add with formula of harmonization of the following content:

"This resolution partially shifts the Directive 1999/37/EC of Council of April 29, 1999 about registration documents for vehicles, CELEX: 31999L0037, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 138 of June 1, 1999, with the last changes made by the Directive (EU) 2022/362 of the European parliament and Council of February 24, 2022.";

1.1.3. in the subitem 1) of Item 1 to replace the text of "VP2017" with the text of "VP2025";

1.1.4. in item 4 of the word to "Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration" shall be replaced with words to "Ministry of Foreign Affairs";
