About approval and enforcement of samples of the registration certificate and interim certificate on registration of new type for vehicles

Based on part (3) article 54 of the Law No. 131/2007 on traffic safety (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 11-21, 6), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

This resolution partially shifts the Directive 1999/37/EC of Council of April 29, 1999 about registration documents for vehicles, CELEX: 31999L0037, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 138 of June 1, 1999, with the last changes made by the Directive (EU) 2022/362 of the European parliament and Council of February 24, 2022.

1. Approve:

1) sample of the registration certificate of generation of VP2025 according to appendix No. 1;

2) sample of the interim certificate on registration according to appendix No. 2;

2-1) Sample of the registration certificate for participation in the international traffic of the vehicles registered according to provisions of the Law No. 170/2018 on registration of some vehicles and modification of some legal acts according to appendix No. 2-1;

2-2) Sample of the interim certificate on registration for the vehicles registered according to provisions of the Law No. 170/2018 on registration of some vehicles and modification of some legal acts according to appendix No. 2-2

3) changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 3.

1-1. For the documents specified in Item 1, digital versions of registration certificates which shall contain the same data set can be created. In the territory of the Republic of Moldova digital documents have the same legal force, as well as physical documents.
