1. Approve the Benefits package of TV channels of on-air digital land broadcasting in the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Benefits package) for 2025-2027 according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Culture, information and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic within the provided means for 2025 to transfer the amount of 50300000 (fifty million three hundred thousand) som from November 14 till December 31, 2025 on fee of broadcasting in on-air digital land and satellite broadcasting of the Benefits package.
3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic when forming the republican budget to provide financial resources to the Ministry of Culture, information and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on fee of broadcasting in on-air digital land and satellite broadcasting of the Benefits package on:
- 2026 - 513700000 (five hundred thirteen million seven hundred thousand) som, including on debt repayment for 2024 in the amount of 127281000 (hundred twenty seven million two hundred eighty one thousand) som;
- 2027 - 386400000 (three hundred eighty six million four hundred thousand) som.
4. Control of execution of this order to assign to management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
