Based on article 48 of the Law No. 288/2024 on policy in the sector of aquaculture and the organization of the market of products of fishery and aquaculture (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 1-4, 4) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on prevention, control and elimination of the illegal, not declared and non-regulated fishery it (is applied).

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.

3. This resolution becomes effective since July 3, 2027.
