About approval of Methodology of calculation of cost of complex nature protection permission and nature protection permission, the List of the services connected with issue of complex nature protection permission and nature protection permission, and size of rates for them

Based on part (3) Article 12 and Item c) parts (2) article 60 of the Law No. 227/2022 on industrial emissions (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 326-333, 628), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1.1. Methodology of calculation of cost of complex nature protection permission and nature protection permission, according to appendix No. 1;

1.2. The list of the services connected with issue of complex nature protection permission and nature protection permission and the size of rates for them, according to appendix No. 2.

2. To the agency of the environment in case of issue of complex nature protection permission and nature protection permission to apply the rates specified in appendix No. 2.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of the environment.
