About some questions regulating activities of technological parks of the Kyrgyz Republic

According to Articles 4, 25 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About technological parks", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) Requirements to the technological parks of the Kyrgyz Republic applying for receipt of measures of the state support according to appendix 1;

2) the Procedure for forming and maintaining the Register of residents of technological parks of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the Commission on development of technological parks and measures of the state support of their functioning in the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 17, 2025 No. 214 the following change:

in Regulations on the Commission on development of technological parks under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- to add Item 5 after words of "National investments agency in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" with words ", the State Tax Administration under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, State Customs Service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic".

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
