About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of creation of additional terms for development of trade, public catering and consumer services I decide:

1. Make changes to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 22, 2017 No. 345 "About development of trade, public catering and consumer services" (appendix).

2. Completion of the decisions on alienation accepted till March 1, 2024 on paid basis of capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms which are in state-owned property for implementation of retail trade, public catering, rendering household services to the population in the territory of the rural zone and (or) in the territory of small residential locations, the transactions made according to these decisions is performed according to acts of the legislation based on which such decisions were made.     

3. In six-months time to provide to local councils of deputies reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

paragraphs the twentieth - the twenty fifth appendices - since March 1, 2024;

other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication also extend the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2024.
