About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 14, 2021 No. 725 and of April 21, 2023 No. 375

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 14, 2021 No. 725 "About approval of the Regulations on system of continuous professional development of workers of health sector" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 58, Art. 3606; 2023, No. 93, Art. 5472; 2025, No. 22, the Art. 1454) and of April 21, 2023 No. 375 "About approval of the Procedure for attraction to delivery of health care of pharmaceutical workers, job seekers of the higher education of 4-6 years of training in specialties of knowledge domain 22nd "Health care", junior specialists with medical education, doctors-interns and specialists doctors without requirements for certification of assignment or confirmation of qualification category for establishment of quarantine, introduction of emergency situation, emergency or warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 46, the Art. 2459) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective along with enforcement of the Law of Ukraine of February 12, 2025 No. 4246-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning preparation, continuous professional development and professional activity by professions in the field of health care".
