For the purpose of implementation of the Federal Law "About Counteraction to Terrorism" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on use of weapons and military equipment the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for elimination of threat of act of terrorism in the air circle or suppression of such act of terrorism;

Regulations on use of weapons and military equipment the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for elimination of threat of act of terrorism in internal waters, in the territorial sea, on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation and in case of safety of national sea navigation, including in the underwater circle, or for suppression of such act of terrorism;

Regulations on use by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation of weapon, military equipment and special means with participation in carrying out counter-terrorist operation.

2. To the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and other federal executive bodies performing counteraction to terrorism to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
