1. Approve the list of the diplomatic and equated to them representations of foreign states, consular establishments of foreign state accredited in the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning which the value added tax return, according to appendix to this order is performed.

2. To provide to service of the state protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) within five working days from the date of signing of this order the direction it the copy in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after signing of this order to provide submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
