1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 17, 2025 No. 101 "About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning the graphitized electrodes coming from People's Republic of China and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" changes according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
