About approval of the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for household washing machines and household washer dryer hookups

According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for household washing machines and household washer dryer hookups attached to the original.
2. Determine that provision in the market and/or commissioning of the household washing machines and household washer dryer hookups conforming to requirements of the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for household washing machines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 14, 2019 No. 738 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 66, the Art. 2298), and it is introduced into circulation before entry into force of this resolution, it cannot be forbidden or limited for the reasons of discrepancy to requirements of the Technical regulation approved by this resolution.
3. Bring in the list of types of products concerning which bodies of the state market supervision exercise the state market supervision, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of December 28, 2016 No. 1069 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 50, of Art. 1550; 2019, No. 66, the Art. 2298) change which is applied.
4. Bring in appendix 1 to the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for the electric power consumption by electric and electronic household and office equipment in the mode "expectation", "is switched off" and the network expectation mode approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 14, 2019 No. 733 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 66, the Art. 2293), the change attached to the original.
