About modification of the Procedure for carrying out tender and issue of allowing documents of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport

According to part five of article 55 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport", the paragraph of the twenty eighth subitem 20 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the development of communities and the territories of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2022 to No. 1400), I ORDER:

1. Make changes to the Procedure for carrying out the tender and issue of allowing documents of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of August 20, 2004 No. 757, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2004 at No. 1076/9675 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of September 11, 2015 No. 362), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.

2. Determine that from the date of entry into force of this order:

all available permissions of EKMT, logbooks to permissions EKMT and detachable leaves of the logbook which were returned to Ukrtransbezopasnosti by automobile carriers and Minrazvitiya and also unused forms of permissions of EKMT are liable to obligatory destruction of Ukrtransbezopasnostyyu till April 15, 2026. After destruction the relevant act is drawn up;
