1. Establish for the term of 1 January till December 31, 2026 the tariff quotas on export from the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, wheat and meslin (codes 1001 19 000 0, of 1001 99 000 0 CN FEA EEU), barley (code 1003 90 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU) and corn (code 1005 90 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU) placed under customs procedure of export (further respectively - the tariff quota, the subject of the Russian Federation, grain crops), in amounts according to appendix No. 1.

2. Establish for the term of 1 January till December 31, 2026 rates of export customs duties on wheat and meslins, barley and corn which is taken out from the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 2.
