1. This Procedure determines the procedure of forming and maintaining the open list of the software prohibited to use and the communication (network) equipment (further - the list).
2. In this Procedure the term "communication (network) equipment" means the equipment, including with the established software, the devices intended for the organization of electronic communication networks, the hardware providing data exchange within communication infrastructure (including switches, routers, firewalls, etc.).
