About modification of the Order of the Government No. 282/2005 about approval of the Regulations on preparation in the field of civil protection

Based on Items b) and c) article 7 of the Law No. 271/1994 on civil protection (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 20, the Art. 231), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 282/2005 about approval of the Regulations on preparation in the field of civil protection (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 46-50, 338), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in Item 2 of the resolution the text "The Ministry of Education, culture and researches" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Education and Research";

1.2. in the Provision:

1.2.1. add Item 1 with subitems h) and i) the following content:

"h) the regular civil protection specialists, persons responsible for civil protection on objects of national economy specified in parts (3) and (5) article 18 of the Law No. 271/1994 on civil protection;

i) members of voluntary fire forming.";

1.2.2. in Item 2:

1.2.2.1. in the subitem a) "medical" to exclude the word;

1.2.2.2. in the subitem e) "medical" to replace the word with the word of "first";

1.2.2.3. add with the subitem g) the following content:

"g) forming at specialists in civil protection of skills and abilities for risks assessment of disasters - identification of risks and their analysis, assessment of impact and probability of emergence of risks at national or local level.";

1.2.3. add with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. Time allowed for implementation of preparation in the field of civil protection is considered actually hours worked according to part (3) Article 195 of the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154/2003.";

1.2.4. in Item 3:

1.2.4.1. the subitem a) to state in the following edition:

"a) chairmen of the commissions on extraordinary situations:
