About approval of the Regulations on preparation in the field of civil protection

For the purpose of the organization of preparation of the population in the field of civil protection the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve according to appendix Regulations on preparation in the field of civil protection.

2. General inspectorate on emergency situations together with the Ministry of Education and Research of education to develop and approve training programs in the field of civil protection for educational institutions.

3. To heads of bodies of the central and local public authority, officials of economic agents, irrespective of pattern of ownership and legal form to take necessary measures for the organization of training in the field of civil protection according to this resolution.

4. To provide to general inspectorate on emergency situations and other bodies of public management promotion of knowledge in the field of civil protection.

Regulations on preparation in the field of civil protection

The regulations on preparation in the field of civil protection determine the categories of the population without fail involved in process of preparation in the field of civil protection and also the main objectives and forms of education of the population to actions in emergency situations.

I. Basic provisions
