About introduction of amendments to articles 1 and 9 of the Federal law "About Carrying Out Experiment on Provision of Services of Guest Houses"

Bring in the Federal Law of June 7, 2025 No. 127-FZ "About carrying out experiment on provision of services of guest houses" (The Russian Federation Code, 2025, No. 23, the Art. 2986) the following changes:
Part 2 of Article 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"2. The experiment is made in the territories of the Republic of Adygea (Adygea), Altai Republic, the Republic of Buryatia, Republic of Dagestan, Republic of Crimea, Altai Krai, Krasnodar Krai, Primorsky Krai, Stavropol Krai, the Arkhangelsk region, the Astrakhan region, the Vladimir region, the Ivanovo region, the Irkutsk region, the Kaliningrad region, the Kemerovo region - Kuzbass, the Leningrad region, the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the Rostov region, the Kherson region, the federal city of Sevastopol (further - subjects of the Russian Federation), and also in the federal territory Sirius.";
2) Article 9 to add with part 3 following of content:
"3. Part provisions 4 articles 4, of articles 6 and 7 of this Federal Law in the territories of the Republic of Adygea (Adygea), Republic of Buryatia, the Astrakhan region and the Nizhny Novgorod Region are applied to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2027.".
This Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2026.
