About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning reimbursation of medical products

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning reimbursation of medical products of change which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since November 1, 2025.

1. In Item 43-5 of the Standard form of the agreement on medical attendance of the population according to the program of medical guarantees approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 25, 2018 No. 410 "About agreements on medical attendance of the population according to the program of medical guarantees" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 45, Art. 1570; 2021, No. 82, Art. 5250; 2025, 43, the Art. 2948) the words "and the products of medical appointment approved by the order of the Ministry of Health" shall be replaced with words No. "and/or writing out of the medical document on purpose of medical product with violation of established procedure, approved by orders of the Ministry of Health".
2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 27, 2019 No. 136 "Some questions under agreements on reimbursation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 21, Art. 717; 2023, No. 65, Art. 3697):
