About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that:

the organizations which on the date of entry into force of this resolution are given the status of the guaranteeing supplier shall bring into accord with the quality standard of consumer service of electrical energy by the guaranteeing supplier provided by appendix No. 7 to the Basic provisions of functioning of the retail markets of electrical energy approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 4, 2012 No. 442 "About functioning of the retail markets of electrical energy, complete and (or) partial restriction of the mode of consumption of electrical energy" and publish on the websites on the Internet the quality standards of consumer service of electrical energy no later than January 31, 2026;

the organizations to which the status of the guaranteeing supplier is given after entry into force of this resolution shall approve according to the quality standard of consumer service of electrical energy the guaranteeing supplier provided by appendix No. 7 to the Basic provisions of functioning of the retail markets of electrical energy approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 4, 2012 No. 442 "About functioning of the retail markets of electrical energy, complete and (or) partial restriction of the mode of consumption of electrical energy" and publish on the websites on the Internet the quality standards of consumer service of electrical energy within 3 months from the date of assignment of such status.
