Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state dactyloscopic registration" of September 3, 1999 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1999, No. 9, Art. 234; 2010, No. 12, p.1 Art. 809; 2014, No. 11, Art. 652) following change and amendment:

1. Add with preamble of the following content:

"This Law determines legal, economic and organizational basis of the state dactyloscopic registration, and also procedure for carrying out, storage, processing, systematization and destruction of material carriers of the state dactyloscopic registration.".

2. To state the text of Article 3 in the following edition:

"The state dactyloscopic registration is performed on the basis of the following principles:

- respect, observance and protection of rights and freedoms of man and citizen;

- legality;

- equality of all before the law;

- humanity;

- confidentiality;

- voluntariness.".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
