Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About state language of the Republic of Tajikistan" of October 5, 2009 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 9-10, of Art. 546; 2023, No. 11, Art. 467) following changes and amendments:

1. Add with article 4-1 of the following content:

"Article 4-1. Sign language for deaf-mutes in the Republic of Tajikistan

1. In the Republic of Tajikistan the sign language for deaf-mutes is performed in state language and is recognized communication language.

2. In the Republic of Tajikistan favorable conditions for studying and training of specialists of sign language for deaf-mutes in state language are created.

3. In the Republic of Tajikistan favorable conditions for use of sign language for deaf-mutes and in other languages are also created.".

2. Part 1 of Article 9 before the word is "provided" to be added with words ", irrespective of training language".

3. In Article 11:

- in the name and part of 1 word "cultural" and "cultural" shall be replaced with words "scientific and cultural" and "scientific and cultural";
