For the purpose of realization of part 2 of article 1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Requirements to arrangement of the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status (further - SFIT "Tamchy") according to appendix.
2. To the SFIT "Tamchy" managing company and Council for management of SFIT "Tamchy" in case of development of internal acts SFIT "Tamchy" and approval of development plans to consider the Requirements to arrangement provided by this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
