About measures for ensuring food security and stabilization of market prices in the Kyrgyz Republic

Establish till December 31, 2027 rate of the value added tax in the amount of 0 (zero) percent on leviable deliveries of the forages for agricultural fish classified by goods items of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity 2309 90 1000, 2309 90 3100, 2309 90 9609, performed by the producer of forages to the agricultural producer performing activities for cultivation of agricultural fish.

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About goods, liable to the value added tax at the rate zero (0) percent, the food security of the country and stabilization of market prices applied for the purpose of providing" of April 30, 2022 No. 249 the following changes:
