1. Establish for the term of 1 January till December 31, 2026 the tariff quotas on export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, wheat and meslin (codes 1001 19 000 0, of 1001 99 000 0 CN FEA EEU), corn (code 1005 90 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU), soybeans (code 1201 90 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU) made in the territories of Primorsky Krai, the Amur region and the Kaliningrad region placed under customs procedure of export (further respectively - separate types of crops, the tariff quotas), in amounts according to appendix No. 1.
2. Establish for the term of 1 January till December 31, 2026 rates of export customs duties on wheat and meslins made in the territory of the Kaliningrad region, the corn made in the territories of Primorsky Krai, the Amur region and the Kaliningrad region, the territories of the Russian Federation which are exported out of limits to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 2.
3. Distribution of the tariff quotas is performed by the management official of the subject of the Russian Federation (person, it replacing) in case of the address of participants of foreign trade activity in declarative procedure according to the rules approved by the management official of the subject of the Russian Federation (person, it replacing) in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
