1. Bring in the Joint order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 30, 2018 No. 410 and the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 31, 2018 No. 245 "About approval of Rules of financing research, scientific and technical and (or) it is pilot design works in the amount of one percent from the expenses on production incurred by the subsoil user in previous year" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 17065) the following changes:
