About entering of amendments into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 17, 2014 No. 116

1. Bring in the presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 17, 2014 No. 116 "About restructuring of Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan" the following amendments:

- add with Item 19 (1) the following content:

"19(1). For the purpose of strengthening of activities of archive and departmental library, permanent storage of archive documents for effective office, production and their scientific use, and also protection and preserving library stock to create the sector on archive and library science.";

- add appendix with the thirty second paragraph of the following content:

"Sector on archive and library science".

2. To executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- according to established procedure at the expense of the operating established posts to make corresponding changes and additions to the staff list of Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- if necessary to provide offers on modification and amendments to regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- bring the acts into accord with this decree.
