3. For the purpose of promotion of institutional transformations and reduction in compliance of system of public administration to international standards to transform the device of counselors of state of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to the device of special advisors to the president of the Republic of Tajikistan and to abolish positions of the senior advisers, advisers to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, special advisors to the president of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan who work respectively in the secretariat of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the secretariat of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan.
4. For the purpose of strengthening of system of coordination of national security issues, defense and law and order to create the device of the Special advisor to the president of the Republic of Tajikistan on national security issues.
5. Due to the change of the status of the device of counselors of state of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan offers on modification and amendments to the Register of the state positions of the Republic of Tajikistan.
