About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of May 25, 2021 No. 32

Based on the paragraph of the fifth of part five of Article 12 and part five of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2021 "About selection and seed farming of agricultural plants" the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 102-Z

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of May 25, 2021 No. 32 "About procedure for reduction in cost of seeds of agricultural plants at the expense of budgetary funds" the following changes:

1.1. state the name in the following edition:

"About reduction in cost of seeds of agricultural plants";

1.2. to exclude from preamble of the word "and subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867,";

1.3. add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Determine that determination of the organizations performing activities for production and realization of seeds of agricultural plants which are subject to reduction in cost is performed on condition of their compliance to the following criteria:

1-1.1. availability of complex of machines on completion of seeds of the agricultural plants providing their preparation to compliance to high-quality and sowing qualities with further protravlivaniye and packaging;

1-1.2. depending on type of the grown-up agricultural plants intended for production of seeds:

availability of the storage facilities providing separate storage of seeds of agricultural plants and grain that excludes their mixing;

availability of the storages of potatoes equipped with the control system of the mode of storage of seeds of potatoes;

1-1.3. availability of the book of the history of fields confirming alternation of seed crops of agricultural plants on fields of crop rotation;
