For the purpose of improvement and increase in efficiency of personnel policy of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the organization of service in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 3, 2020 No. 51 the following changes:
1) in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out tender and forming of reserve of personnel in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 13:
the thirteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-photos which parameters are set by law enforcement agency;";
add with the paragraph the eighteenth the following content:
"-the certificate of authorized body certifying ownership of state language at the level established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

- the tenth Item 39 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
