About approval of Requirements to the state and municipal data-processing centers as to types of digital technological systems and Requirements to the cloud computing provided on infrastructure of data-processing centers

For the purpose of forming of single technical, organizational and legal requirements to the state and municipal data-processing centers and cloud computing, according to article 168 of the Digital code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) Requirements to the state and municipal data-processing centers as to types of digital technological systems according to appendix 1;

2) Requirements to the cloud computing provided on infrastructure of data-processing centers according to appendix 2.

2. Determine that the realization of this resolution is enabled within the number of staff and means of state bodies and local government bodies for the corresponding years, and also at the expense of other means which are not contradicting the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Requirements to the state data-processing centers and the communication channels connecting them" of December 31, 2019 No. 747.

4. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since February 5, 2026.
