According to part one Item 6-2 of Article 11, Item 5 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" and article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About lobbying", ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure of monitoring of observance of requirements of the legislation concerning lobbying which is applied.
2. To submit to department of the organization of work with concerned parties and ensuring adoption of acts of anti-corruption policy this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
