About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of December 16, 2024 No. 72

Based on paragraph two of subitem 2.5 of Item 2 of Article 12, No. 344-Z "About insurance activity" the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts two of Item 1 and part five of Item 2 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2024

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of December 16, 2024 No. 72 "About procedure for confirmation of professional suitability and assessment of conformity" the following changes:

from word preamble", subitems 4.53-1, 4.53-2 of item 4 and Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585," to exclude;

in the Instruction about procedure for confirmation of the professional suitability and assessment of conformity approved by this resolution:

to add subitem 2.5 of Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:

"legislations on fight against corruption;";

in Item 3:

to add subitem 3.1 after the paragraph of the sixth with the paragraph of the following content:

"availability of letters of recommendation of persons, whose professional suitability it is confirmed by certifying commission, working on the date of issue of the letter of recommendation as the head, the deputy manager, the chief accountant of insurance company (except for to insurance company for which position of the head person whose professional suitability is subject to confirmation applies) and not consisting in close relationship or property with person whose professional suitability is subject to confirmation, – for the head of insurance company;";

in subitem 3.2:

in paragraph one of the word "for 5 years" shall be replaced with words "for 1 year or 5 years according to the decision on the term of confirmation of professional suitability made by certifying commission";
