1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for confirmation of professional suitability and assessment of conformity it (is applied).
2. Persons who are board members (supervisory board) of insurance company on the date of entry into force of this resolution are recognized conforming to requirements to qualification and the goodwills shown to such persons before election of new structure of the board of directors (supervisory board).
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
