About normative financing of expenses of public institutions of social servicing

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for planning of expenses of local budgets on functioning of public institutions of social servicing it (is applied).

2. Determine that:

2.1. in the public institutions of social servicing performing stationary social servicing (further – social boarding houses) *, the standard rate of expenses on:

accommodation of citizens in social boarding houses of general profile per one koyko-day (further – the standard rate for social boarding houses of general profile) constitutes 51, the 08th ruble;

accommodation of citizens in profile social boarding houses per one koyko-day (further – the standard rate for profile social boarding houses) constitutes 57, 72 rubles;

accommodation of citizens in children's social boarding houses per one koyko-day (further – the standard rate for children's social boarding houses) constitutes 93, the 48th ruble;

rendering social services to citizens in the territorial centers of social servicing of the population (further – the territorial centers) on activity "The public assistance at home" with infrastructure availability counting on one serviced (further – the standard rate for the public assistance at home with infrastructure availability) constitutes 4349 rubles a year;
