About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 9, 2023 No. 668

In pursuance of article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 11, 2024 "About accreditation in the National accreditation system of the Republic of Belarus" and based on Article part four 26, parts four of Article 31 and part seven of article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 10, 2022 No. 208-Z "On regulation of safety when using atomic energy" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 33-Z

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 9, 2023 No. 668 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 10, 2022 No. 208-Z "On regulation of safety when using atomic energy" the following changes:

1.1. add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Regulations on procedure for approval, establishment and designation of borders of the sanitary protection zone, zone of observation of nuclear installation and (or) Item of storage, Item of burial and the requirement for their protection and use (are applied).";

1.2. add Item 2 with paragraphs of the following content:

"the description of the warning sign designating safety area borders with particular legal regime of the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant" according to appendix 81;

the description of the warning sign designating safety area borders with particular legal regime of the public scientific institution "The Joint Institute of Energy and Nuclear Researches — Pines" of National academy of Sciences of Belarus according to appendix 82;

the image of the warning sign designating safety area borders with particular legal regime of the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant" according to appendix 83;

the image of the warning sign designating safety area borders with particular legal regime of the public scientific institution "The Joint Institute of Energy and Nuclear Researches — Pines" of National academy of Sciences of Belarus according to appendix 84.";

1.3. in Item 3:

to state the interlinear note to subitem 3.1 in the following edition:

* For the purposes of this resolution documents on assessment of conformity in the field of use of atomic energy are understood as the documents confirming compliance of products, processes of its development, designing, researches, productions, constructions, installation, the adjustments, operation (use), storage, transportation (transportation), realization, utilization and burial to technical requirements in the field of safety when using atomic energy including issued according to the legislation of the supplying country of the project of subject to use of atomic energy (in the cases provided by this resolution).";

in subitem 3.2:

state part one in the following edition:

"3.2. as the documents on assessment of conformity in the field of use of atomic energy confirming compliance to products made outside the Republic of Belarus for which technical requirements in the field of safety when using atomic energy, processes of its development, designing, researches are established productions, constructions, installation, adjustment, operation (use), storage, transportation (transportation), realization, utilization and burial (further if other is not established, – products), and also products made in the Republic of Belarus (in the cases provided by Regulations on features of assessment of conformity of products for which technical requirements in the field of safety when using atomic energy, processes of its development, designing, researches, productions, constructions, installation, adjustment, operation (use), storage are established transportations (transportation), realization, utilizations and burials, the approved this resolution), can be applied the documents issued according to the legislation on assessment of conformity in the field of use of atomic energy of the supplying country of the project of subject to use atomic энергии*.";

1.7. in the Regulations on the safety area with particular legal regime in the territory, adjacent to the Belarusian nuclear power plant, approved by this resolution:

state Items 1 and 2 in the following edition:

"1. This Provision establishes procedure and conditions of use of the safety area with particular legal regime in the territory adjacent to the Belarusian nuclear power plant (further respectively – the safety area, the NPP).

2. In the safety area the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant" (further – the operating organization) in interaction with territorial authority of state security, territorial authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the military unit of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs performing protection of the NPP (further, unless otherwise specified, – security service), local executive and administrative organs develops and performs measures for increase in anti-terrorist security of the NPP.";
